Pursuant to section 83 of the Danish Purchase Act, it is possible to complain
about defective goods for 2 years, from the date of delivery.
You have 28 days of return on all goods bought at Happy Child.
The goods must be in the same condition as received, in ORIGINAL PACKING (as missing
original packing decreases the sales value), and with a delivery note enclosed. Consignor pays return freight.
Products returned due to unknown/wrong address as stated by the customer, are being
handled as ordinary return goods which mean that the order will be cancelled. Any expenses
Happy Child may have with handling the returned goods, e.g. postage, cannot be refunded.

All prices displayed are including tax. The contract is agreed in English.
It is possible to access the contract later
from Happy Child’s website. Happy Child reserves the right to mistakes on the
website and shop due to e.g. technical problems, wrong prices, pictures, text
of products and so on. The price of the articles is for each one- if nothing else is indicated.
Delivery
Goods will normally be delivered within one week. In rare occations neither we or
our suppliers have the good in stock, in which case the delivery will be delayed.
If so you will receive an e-mail with further information.
Customers from other countries than Denmark should allow 28 days for delivery.
Remember that Happy Child has achieved the consumer guarantee brand ‘e-Mærket’,
which guarantees your safety as customer at Happy Child.
Orders under dkk 500,- will be added a postage fee of dkk 45,- for deliveries to Denmark.
Postage prices to Faeroe Island, Greenland and rest of EU varies, see table below.

Security
At Happy Child the security is high. Both Happy Child and our payment system, that
are delivered by Wannafind.dk are approved and certified by PBS. The system uses
an encrypted key delivered by Verisign for exchanging information between the customer
and PBS. The key is used to establish a secure 128 bits connection to your computer
so that no one can catch sensitive information.
The payment server is situated in a
secure server room with an alarm system and the system server is being watched 24
hours a day 360 days a year.
